What Himmat League is

Himmat League is a private, invite-only fitness leaderboard. You join a league through a private link from a league admin, log your lifting and running sessions with photo or screenshot proof, and compete on a weekly and season-long leaderboard scored on consistency and personal improvement, not raw strength.

Eligibility

You must be 18 or older to use Himmat League.

Your account

Google Sign-In is required to create an account. You're responsible for keeping your Google account secure. Any activity that happens under your account is your responsibility.

Honest logging

Himmat League only works if the data is real. When you log a session, you're confirming the training happened and the proof photo is genuine. Fabricated sessions, altered proof photos, or any other attempt to fake a workout are not allowed. The operator and league admins can reject or remove sessions that look fraudulent, and can remove a user from a league for repeated abuse.

Physical activity and risk

Himmat League is a fitness app, not a coaching service. It does not provide medical or professional fitness advice, and it is not a substitute for one. You participate in any training logged through the app entirely at your own risk. Talk to a doctor or qualified professional before starting a new training program, especially if you have an existing health condition. By using Himmat League, you release Himmat League and its operator from claims related to injuries arising from your training.

Your content

You own the photos and screenshots you upload. By uploading them, you give Himmat League permission to display them to other members of your league, since that's what makes session verification and the leaderboard work. We don't use your content outside of your league without your permission.

Service availability

Himmat League is an early-stage pilot, not a mature commercial product. It's provided “as is,” with no guarantee of uptime, and features may change or break as we build. We'll do our best to keep things running, but we're not promising a polished, always-on service at this stage.

Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, Himmat League's total liability for any claim related to the app, including bugs, downtime, or data loss, is limited to the amount you've paid us in the past three months. During this pilot, that amount is likely zero.

Termination

The operator can remove a user or shut down a league at their discretion, including for abuse, misuse, or because the pilot has ended.

Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated as the product evolves. If you keep using Himmat League after a change, that counts as accepting the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be handled exclusively in the courts of Delhi NCR.
